Sign up, purchase 'credits', get your report. :)

Also, you could call USCIS and ask them exactly what you need. That drivers record could be fine, but that's only for driving things.

"Have you EVER been arrested, detained, or cited by the police or any other law enforcement officer?"

That is about your criminal history. Criminal history is more than just a car. You need to be able to show you haven't done anything aside from the tickets.

The burden is on you to show that evidence. :)

I did what you said and they couldn't find anything in their database. What should I do?

I do not have to provide documentation but I have to report it. If I say "yes" the officer going to ask what for and would probably want to see something that proves my words.

Right.

So to answer your question on 'what do I do', you should call USCIS and just ask them point blank what evidence they need. I am not a lawyer, and that's what I would do.

I got a speeding ticket over 10 years before my interview, and they spent SO much time asking me about it during the interview.  I had no idea it would be such a big thing!  That's the only time I've ever had any contact with the police.

The interviewer didn't ask for any documentation to prove it, but I think it would be good to have copies of the tickets (or something like that) if you could.
