If you are submitting the I-129F petition for alien fiancé, you will need to prove that both the petitioner and the beneficiary are legally free to marry at the time of filing.

Can you please mention it to us what are those papaers they need at the embassy when you have your inteview?

Your petitioner will need to submit a copy of your CENOMAR/CEMAR with the initial I-129F application. On that form it must state that your marriage is null and void. During the interview you must provide your CENOMAR/CEMAR original copy from PSO this copy will be issued from PSO on their special paper and be dated no more than a month old, it is very easy to get from anywhere in the Philippines provided your annulment has been granted and registered. There is also the Certificate of Finality. there are about six Certificates you will need prior to you getting your CENOMAR/CEMAR. I would take all your certificates including the CENOMAR/CEMAR with you to the interview. You will also need your annotated marriage contract and that also must state your marriage is null and void

Your petitioner can not apply for the K1 without the CENOMAR/CEMAR.
