Is Form G-325A needed in packet for I-129F?

I'm putting together my I-129F packet and used the VJ sample cover letter to follow for my letter.  The Form G325A is listed on their sample cover letter in the table of contents.  Can someone please clarify for me if this form is needed or not?  Wanting to make sure...

don't need it anymore the i-129f has been revised and updated so less forms to fill out thankfully ! Good Luck to you!
