Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone in here with a priority date of August 2017 got an interview scheduled yet???

Mine is October 30, but nothing yet, they just sent our case to Casablanca today for interview process.

My case was done at Nvc on the 30th of July and they told me to wait. I was just wondering cuz they were talking about priority date too so i was all confused.

I'm August 2017. They've dragged on my application at every step. No interview date yet. I'm week 2 waiting on NVC to Consulate.

I'm in the same boat. NVC been dragging me too since March. Freaking 5 months at NVC and still waiting. Thank you for the update, and let me know when you get the good news.

wow that`s ridiculous, did you submit your doc to NVC online or by mail. mine was less than 2 months and it`s already on the way to Casa, did you try to call them?

The priority date is for reference cases not immediate family cases. You just got your Case completed on July 30th so now you are in queue for interview. It all depends how busy your US Consulate in your country is, check your country timeline and see how long it takes from case complete to interview. I wish you the best

I sent it by mail, now it's in the interview scheduling process but still it's freaking taking so long and when i called they said they can't say for sure how long it will take to schedule an interview. They said it might take 60 to 90 days, which I believe is outrageous.
