i-864a question

i'll be filing with 1 i-864 with my information (US citizen, living in the UK with current employment which will cease upon re-location to the US), 2 additional sponsors - my parents, 1 i-864 (father's information), i-864a (mother's information)

on the i-864a (mom's info) part 5 asks for 'sponsors promise' and 'sponsors info' which i assumed was meant to be her info, however later it asks for 'your (household member) info/promise" - therefore she would be the 'household member' of my father, as her i-864a is in addition to his i-864 as he and i are separate households. is this correct, and i would put my dad's info for the i-864a 'sponsor info'?

hi

yes, it is a contract between the joint sponsor and the household member

joint sponsor in this case would be your dad, household member is your mom your dad fills out an i864 as your joint sponsor, your mom the i864A as his household member

both of them sign the i864A

you will file another i864 as the primary sponsor
