Spelling mistake on I 129 form

I realized after submitting my I -129 that I had made a few spelling errors. Can I call and correct those? Do I need to resubmit application.? Ignore it?

For example in 3 places I list my fiancées name correctly (Herni) but in one place I transposed r and n (Henri)

If they need to verify they can go off of other documents provided.  That is not something your case would get denied for, probably just an RFE.

Too late now. You need to wait for an RFE if they’ll even see it. They might miss it. Such a subtle mistake.

You can create an account on their new website and request a correction of a typographical error. 

I did it back in May (we didn't inform mine and my fiancé's 5 year address history) and I got this email after 3 weeks:

 

"Type of service requested:
 -- Typographical Error

The status of this service request is:

On 05/27/2018, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your FORM I-129F to notify us about an informational or typographical error on your petition. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved. 

We have corrected the information in the file with the information you provided during this contact."
