Hello VJ friends,

I have filed an I130 for my wife through a lawyer, petition has a priority date of December 15 being processed at TSC, and today makes it 234 days since my NOA1. I haven't heard anything, no RFE, I even called and received the generic answer although she did say it was being processed within in their normal time. I'm seeing petitions approve left and right and I'm starting to get a bit concerned. Today TSC has an inquiry date of December 1st and I was wondering if anyone has had to file an inquiry about their petition and what that process was like and the timeframe, because it seems like I'm heading that route.
