NVC processing time

Hello everyone!!! I am wondering how long it takes the nvc to send the case and invoice numbers?  its been 4 weeks since our case was sent to the nvc and i think 5 weeks since we got approved. but we havent heard anything from them yet. iam just wondering how long it takes them to email us?

On my case, they send it on the 4th week after we got approved.

Start getting your civil doc ready. your wife birth certificate, police report, marriage licence, her passport bio and passport picture as well, make sure to translate everything.

Right now these are the timelines

-From USCIS to NVC 1 week

-From NVC to assign case # 8-9 weeks (mine was 8.5wks) Even when you call, NVC says 8 weeks.

Other groups I'm in have consistently reported 8+weeks. Anything less is the exception. Timelines might change depending on work load.
