Direct Consular Filing in Morocco??

Does Direct Consular Filing exist in Morocco? My Moroccan husband and I met almost 1.5 ago while I was living and working in Morocco. We were married in Morocco almost 3 months ago. I plan on applying for residency in September since I've signed a year contract to work in Morocco as a teacher. (I can also get residency through my school, but have heard that it goes faster through marriage.) I'm trying to figure out if we should apply for the CR-1 while I'm here in the states on holiday OR if I should apply using the DCF while living in Morocco. From what I've read, you have to be a resident in Morocco for at least 6 months before applying, but it only takes about 3 months to get approved after applying. If we apply for the CR-1 and I'm living in Morocco while everything processes, will this be problematic?  ANY HELP is greatly appreciated!!!

IMPORTANT NOTICE: EFFECTIVE AUGUST 15, 2011, THE U.S. CONSULATE IN CASABLANCA WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT IMMIGRANT VISA PETITIONS FILED AT POST.  Forms I-130 that were properly filed at an Embassy or Consulate overseas where USCIS does not have a presence before August 15, 2011, will not be affected by this change.

All applicants must now file with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in the United States.  Further information and all required forms can be found at www.uscis.gov. Consulate Casablanca can only accept and process a locally filed I-130 under exceptional circumstances. If you believe that your circumstances qualify you for an exception, send an email to ivcasablanca@state.gov. Include your name and your applicant’s name and date of birth, the relationship, and your circumstances. The Consulate will review your request, and if we agree that it meets USCIS standards, we will forward your message to the USCIS field office in Rome and request permission to process your petition locally. Decisions by the Consulate and by USCIS Rome are final. If permission is denied, see Filing a Form I-130 for instructions on filing a petition from outside the US.
