Good evening,

i am hoping someone can advise me.

My fiance is my sponsor (we applying for k1 visa).

we will have our interview beginning of September and already filled out i134.

my fiancé sent me letter from employer and it’s dated from the 2nd of July.

As well as his bank statement and 3last month of payslip.

do you guys think this will be too old ? Should we ask for a more recent letter or it should be fine ?

I go off a 30 day time frame; but that being said especially if they have been with same employer for awhile, and make good money, then shouldn't be any issues honestly.

Well he is been with this company for about 2 years now and he is making good money as well. Maybe I am overthinking this 😅

Thank you !

I tend to overthink it, too. It's a big deal to be together again, but you should be fine. Even if you want to go absolute worst case, they'll just ask you for more the updated paystubs. You should be good to go :)

There is no fixed timeframe, but it should be "recent". Within a couple months is unlikely to be an issue.

Nothing to worry about. You have plenty for proof of income. And it's not too old at all. Mine was four months old and the I-134 was not even mentioned at the interview. They aren't too demanding in London.

Your in a similar situation to us. Our interview is booked for mid Sept too and our letter is also dated from mid July. So, I’m going to bring pay stubs from Aug too to show continuous employment. All good.

I’m more frustrated with the delays of these medicals. Do have it booked for next week but the wait to get it lol.
