Today, I faced the same problem. My applications are filled out and sent to KCC already but I wanted to review the applications for any possible mistakes and got the exact same message. I thought it is because my application is locked and it does not read my CN (though I opened it few times after submission) but it seems there is some problem with the CEAC system. I guess, there is nothing to worry about, contact KCC and ask when the problem will be solved to finish submission.

Soffione, thank you very much for sharing your situation. This is the first I've heard from all online forums about the issue popping up for someone who has already submitted their application. When did you submit the DS 260?

We submitted it mid-July. But after that I logged in a few times just to review if everything was correct (of course, there was no chance for editing the submitted info, only view mode)

I had the same problem with my DS-260 form, I had submitted it entirely before the maintenance but I needed to unlock to make some changes. All my unlock request to KCC was met with a response to wait till my interview. Since May 2018, I have never been able to login to the Ds-260 form website. Every attempt is met by the feedback "Your case number "he Case Number entered is currently unavailable. Please try again later or contact the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) by email (kccdv@state.gov) or by phone (Public Inquiry Phone Number 606-526-7500 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EDT Monday – Friday) for further assistance. "

I received my 2NL in November, I have since been interviewed. I say again, I have never been able to login again after submitting my form in May 2018, even up to date. I get the same feedback as above. Like others have suggested, maybe you should call KCC.

Cheers!

I am on of the 2023 lottery program winner, This is currently happening to me, I did not submit my forms but I closed it and wanted to get my remaining documents, after I got the documents to sign back into the Ds-260 form I started receiving error messages

the questions here can kCC fix the problem? Especially if you didn’t submit your Ds-260 forms to kCC but in the process of filling in the form the form closed
