Hi friends. I just finished my Cizizenship interview in the end of July and my oath ceremony for citizenship is in the end of August. I want to know when I can be eligible  to petition for my mother and what documents I need to do petition? I have my mother’s not found birth certificate statement, my father’s death certificate but I do not have mother and father’s marriage certificate.Do I need that?and what should be my monthly income for petitioning my mother.                      Thank you.

You can petition the very day you take your oath at the naturalization ceremony (that's when you get your Naturalization certificate) - US passport not required for petitioning. In addition to the I-130 petition and fees, you need a copy of your naturalization certificate, a copy of your birth certificate (registered within one year from your date of birth) which mentions your mother's name. Those are the basic documents needed for the petition - that's assuming she is not already here applying for adjustment of status.

So, I do not need to submit my mother’s birth certificate? But my agent ask me to bring my mother’s birth certificate. If I do not have one than “not found certificate and two affidavit for birth date. I have only one affidavit for my mother as a birth proof.
