At what point does this come into play:

 I-864, Affidavit of Support

Does everyone fill this out....or only if requested?

For the K-1 the I-864 isn't used until in the USA and completing AOS.

The I-134 is used for the embassy interview, along with most recent tax return and W2

Do follow the embassy checklist (STEP 5)

Or I mail is somewhere in the US?

Right now our file is at the NVC.

The I-134 is to be an original with your signature, this you will send to your fiancee (use FEDEX, UPS, DHL .. but NOT the mail)

You can send scanned copies of your tax return and W2 by email or use something like DROPBOX.
