Well...I read it. It appears that you are correct!!!

You seem surprised. :whistle:

That a 2a is processed sooner than a first preference.....makes no sense to me as I thought the lower (higher?) the preference, the longer the wait time.

This is the US government you're talking about...throw common sense out the window. :thumbs:

Hey Hey Hey wait a second guys....so bottom line is...My kids will fall under the 1992 process if I petition them now (LPR status i have)??? or thats for the 21 above sons/daughters of LPR?

The priority dates for spouse and minor children of LPR in the Philippines is April 2002 -- about 5 years

Yes, and also it will save some money eventually considering USCIS will raise the fee every year or every other year. :-)

Also, it will save some time for USCIS to process the the case. Then it will be sitting in NVC until the visa number is available for LPR spouse or children, or you becomes Citizen of USA.
