New at this.... Do I need to do anything?

January 2018 K-1 filer for a Filipina fiancée.  Just got the notice (I-797) that we were approved....and the file had been sent to NVC....

1) Do I need to do anything while it is at NVC? 

2) Will NVC contact either her or I?

3) How long does that take?  My approval letter was dated 7/26/2018

Thanks in advance for your feedback....I have read a few forums...and know you guys are helpful and supportive.  I filed with no assistance...and so this journey has been a little nerve wracking for me! :)

4) I think I have heard people mention....calling the NVC for a file number (or something like that)...so the status can be tracked....anyone have that number handy?

You can call them to get the MNL# so you can go ahead and start getting everything going. Also there is a Philippine subforum so that you can ask questions there concerning anything Philippines related.

From the day that you got noticed, wait at least a week and contact the NVC so they can give you the number to track your case. 
I never got anything from NVC, I contacted them and gave me the number to track my package. 
It took around a week or a little bit over. After that, my package got to my country!

So.....would it be correct to say....as far as the NVC is concerned....I don't have to do anything...other than wait for them to forward the file to the US Embassy in Manila?
