Did you know that only 11 states require people to report a lost or stolen gun, and even States with reporting requirements, rarely enforce them. 

Chicago has reporting laws, but Indiana doesn't. Please remind me again how close the likes of Gary Indiana is to Chicago?

With all those guns coming from areas surrounding Chicago you would think those areas would have higher gun crime than Chicago does due to the easier access to guns if that theory actually held water.

Smaller cities typically have less crime. Gary Indiana certainly seems to have it's share of crime, despite having less strict gun control laws, than Chicago.
