Hello everyone,

I am a lawful permanent resident and want to fill i130 form for my spouse.

We need help with filing i130 form, what means filing i130 form? Just that form or filing and i130A form?

Is it better to fill by yourself or with the help of a lawyer, have there any difference or advantages?

Also we do not understand the part of the evidence, how do we sent proof (i mean photos, videos, correspondence)

and what if we do not have any common property and accounts ( but we have evidence of sending money each other and living on the same address)?

Every help would mean to us!

Most people who have spouses outside the US don't always have a great deal of evidence other than marriage certificate, photos, travel records, correspondence.

show proof of meeting, marriage, travel, liing together

but depending on the country do not show  sending money from US

for example in Morocco if USC sends money (even our friend who was also Moroccan and marrying a Moroccan), it looks like the new spouse has looked for rich American as many countries assume everyone living here is wealthy)

is your spouse in the USA now? If so you need to file I130, I130A, I485, I864. I693, I131, I765

in my opinion, if your case is not complicated, there is no need to hire a lawyer. But ofc that's all up to you.

Video is not allowed as evidence. You can print out the photos you guys take together, stick them on a A4 paper and add captions next to them. And maybe chat history?

since you mentioned you guys living in the same address, do you have any bills that have both of your names in it? Medical insurance, phone bills, car insurance....etc.?

No, my spouse is in Serbia now, and i am in USA and i want to apply from USA. Which forms we need in that case?

Chat history yes, we have it, but we maybe dont have chat from the begining of our relationship because it was 2 and a half years ago...Is it important to be meeting chat?

We still do not have mutual bills because we live together only two months, but we have bills for ours cell phones with the same address on it?

One more question about photos, is it important that the pictures are with a date, for example, from a social network?

then you need to apply for the IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa. (I'll let other people answer you about this cos I don't want to give you wrong information)

the chat is just to show you guys keep contact during your relationship.

Yes you can send that phone bill too. just try to get as much as evidence you can. You can also ask your friends and family write the affidavit of support relationship letter as a supporting.

and the photos, not really need to have a date on it. But its better to add captions.
