I think everyone here sort of missed the point of what this person is asking. The USC petitioner lost their passport with all the stamps proving they were in beneficiary’s country visiting. Passport stamps are actually crucial evidence but USCIS might be ok with flight tickets. I would try to get in touch with the airline and see if there is an official manifesto of their trip or something proving he actually boarded the plane for that destination. You may be able to get in touch with your country’s immigration system and get the equivalent of an i94 for your USC fiancé that will be official enough evidence he entered the country. Try and find credit card receipts from the trip and anything else that can prove you two were together there at the same time. Your USC fiancé should file a police report on their passport and send a copy of the report to USCIS stating the reason why they can’t show passport stamps as proof.

I used it in thd past to check my husbands passport and yes hubby is a US citizen with usa passport and i was able to see his details.

If that fails he can get the information from CBP.

Thanks for your reply, but sadly my fiance didn't know his passport number that's why I think we won't able to check it :(

Your finance can go to CBP website and seach Arrival/Departure History Now Available on I-94 Webpage that will show his travels out of the usa on your end he can request from phillipines immigration his landing records there.  I suggest this because it seems this is a vital piece of evidence that you are concerned about. On the other hand, i would simply list all the dates your fiance visted in a letter and simply state that the passport on which he travelled was lost and provide proof that he reported the passport lost.  This would be the simpliest option.  Good luck.

Thank you it's a big help! :)

he NEEDS to report it lost/stolen.

NOW. im sure he can report it without knowing the number, so long as he can give them all the OTHER info they need to track it down.

And the OCD paper organizer in me doesn't understand how someone an NOT have their passport # written down somewhere (i have a photo on my phone as well as a copy of the bio page in my file cabinet). But thats me and my issue. Your fiance needs to get better at paperwork (and not losing important documents) as there is a LOT of it in this process.

I only have a PDF of mine because I needed it for our application.

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/after/lost-stolen.html

To replace a lost or stolen passport, you must submit Form DS-11 in person.

You are in the United States and are not traveling within 2 weeks Make an appointment (if required) to apply at an authorized passport acceptance facility to replace your passport.

This should be pretty helpful for him. As far as the old stamps, there's nothing you can do. Do you have stamps in yours of coming to America?

I am not that way! My husband is the filer/keeper. I am the one who plants their feet and just gets the stuff done. You would never know that I'd have to manage as much as I do at work, cause I am a MESS.
