Hey guys, January filer here at day 204.

Our case is reaching the inquiry and we're pretty sure we're gonna get a RFE. So I wanted to ask those of you who got an RFE, around what day did you get it? Because I've been noticing a lot of approvals in the January thread but very few RFEs.

I got mine 197 days after NOA1. Maybe you could look up some timelines for extra reference? I'm not sure if there is a way to look at timelines with RFEs specifically.

Hi,

I am a December 26,2017 filer.

Today we got  a mail from USCIS saying case is still being adjudicated and answer shall come in 60 days. Nothing else just that they have a backlog and our case is still under adjudication.

Bullshit !!

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

You should make yourself familiar over to your country's sub-forum to get a better understanding of the process for the Embassy that you will be interviewing with. This will allow you to get direct answers from those who have completed the steps you are about to take at the US Embassy - Brazil.  Sub-forum for Brazil is located here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/96-mexico-latin-south-america/

This is the letter that you will receive for the interview commonly referred to as the P3 letter. I give you a copy so that you can get started early.

https://br.usembassy.gov/visas/fiancee/the-interview-2/

Thank you so much for your help. I've noticed for many other people you provided a link to a google doc for the P3 letter, but in this case you linked to the embassy website. I have read through this several times, and just now reviewed it again, but I don't see any specific documents listed it just states:

Quote

Prior to the interview, the beneficiary will receive an instruction packet either from the U.S. Department of State National Visa Center (NVC) or from the U.S. Consulate in Rio de Janeiro (only in exceptional cases).  This packet will provide a link to instructions on what documents you must prepare for your interview.  Please follow all instructions carefully as missing documents will delay issuance of the visa.

Am I missing something?

I have been working on the i-134 and supporting documents, and I will also include evidence of our ongoing relationship, but I haven't seen anything else I need to include.

Thanks again.
