Have you contacted your senator already? One of mine just replied stating they contacted USCIS....hopefully that works because suing will be a pain.

Best of luck to you! 😌

Yes, I wrote my Senator on Monday, I am hoping to hear back from them soon.

+ I am still waiting to recieve an actual response on my 2nd inquiry (supposedly latest Oct9th) just hoping it wont be another generic reply.

Okay sorry guys, unable to delete previous post about my 2nd Inquiry Response. Here it is again.  I wanted to add that I found it interesting the last sentence stated in that email response.

That is the same exact response I got for my first inquiry except the last sentence (hopefully that's a good sign for you). Second one was security checks. I wonder what nonsense excuse they will tell my senator.

Oo man this is ridiculous:( As I was reading my inquiry response I kept telling myself oh mmhm okay typical typical until that very last line, like let me confuse her with a quick jab :(

@amy1411 your inquiry response seems kind of promising just the fact they even mentioned in there that they reached out to your specific officer handling your case.

@Nov2017AD nonsense is right. I really do hope your senstor will light a fire under them!

Goodluck you guys! We will be hearing good news soon i hope!

Hello all,

Very very happy to inform that

OUR CASE GOT APPROVED TODAY

As per USCIS old website.

NOA1 (Old Website): December 26,2017

NOA1 (New Website): December 29,2017

NOA2 : September 14,2018 ( After 265 days)

Both websites have been updated now.

Nevertheless, it really feels surreal right now.

I would like to thank a lot lot lot many people who have helped till this stage and not only helped supported and encouraged and helped me keep a positive outlook in this wait.

I just hope my fellow members still waiting get their approval ASAP. Nothing I will say can make it feel better for them.

Thank you @Greenbaum   @K1visaHopeful

@Nov2017AD I meant to ask you, when your Senators office contacted you - did they ever tell you that you need to sign a privacy release form (i read somewhere on here that some offices told them to before being allowed to move forward in contacting USCIS) Or was this just the first time you heard from them after contacting them, implying that they just straight forward already contacted USCIS on your behalf?

Yes, they requested a privacy release form. Just sign it and send it to them with whatever method they allow.

I contacted 2 senators. One didn't reply at all so I contacted the other one. Her office replied in a few days, I signed the form and provided documentation about the case by e-mail, and they contacted USCIS the next day. Now I'm just waiting for USCIS to reply to them.
