"Supervisory Review" simply means that now a supervisor is looking into this case because it might be complex for the regular officer to make a decision. this might be the reason why it's delayed.  Hopefully you hear something soon. You could call and ask to speak to a tier 2 supervisor.

The tier 2 said it is a denial. Supervisor sees the case for a final decision. I talked to a lawyer yesterday and he explained why they could deny my case. In my divorce decree it was made a mistake and now the court fix it. And in the eyes of imigration I ended the divorce now even though it ended a while ago. The lawyer said there is no point to reappeal cause it will take as long as all process for k1. And just to reapply. I am start getting ready all the package this time without a lawyer, they create more problems then help. When I will get the actual denial letter I will have a better pictures of what is going on.

I hope this nightmare ends soon. I have seen cases that went to the supervisor and eventually got approved. Just saying what I have seen with my two eyes. Also, you can always get married in the beneficiary's country and file a CR-1 which if there is no security problems must be approved.

Thank you, I  hope the supervisor will change the decision of the officer. We though about CR 1 as well. We will make a decision these days.

Hi @Victoria85   I am so so so sorry to hear that. But maybe you should appeal to your Senator and the Ombudsman - maybe they can help as you have already waited so long...

You are in "today's" normal processing for USCIS. You're trying to push a donkey up a hill when all you have to do is stand back and let the donkey move up the hill on its own accord. Here let me help you.

Use the tools here in VJ to answer "when I am going to get etc. etc." question. Near your picture there is a link for your timeline. Select it and once you're on the next page near your picture  you will see "follow similar timelines" and it will populate 12 other couples who are near your dates. Scroll down and you will see a "spreadsheet" style page showing all the variables for measurement for when others from your Embassy are getting the same notice of approval or action.  Try it. It really works!

And if you want to follow those from other countries that have similar timelines as yours there are several tools available to you. Go up to Immigration Timelines on the blue ribbon above and select it. Once you are on the next page looked to your left and you will see a box that states, "find similar timelines" and select it. A list will populate with those who are processing close to your timeline. When they start to change you will soon be behind them.

I followed those that were in my group to give me an idea where they were in processing so I could judge if I was ahead or behind.  It's pretty accurate, maybe within a day or so.

If you choose to follow those twelve members then you will get an email every time their status updates.

Also, if you feel you are far out from processing times then you may want to consider suing USCIS.

Long waits do happen. https://www.visajourney.com/profile/271458-kba/

Well I think my donkey broke all its legs because everyone with a similar timeline as mine got approved in about 190 days while I'm past 300.

Just woke up to an approval. NOA1 Dec 20. NOA2 September 26. Yesterday I got a response that they couldn't give me a timeframe for my case and that got me upset. One day later it got approved. So happy right now.

Many congratulations to you !!!

To me it seems USCIS screwed up December even much more worse than November.

So many like you and me had to wait so so many days and many are still waiting. That’s pathetic.

Whereas many December filers are already done with the process and either are in US or enroute US.👿👿👿👿

Lol im not understanding why anyone would say we are on “average time” the remaining November and December filers are passed their due time. USCIS are working on March cases. Hence why we are able to put in double the inquiries and reach out to Congress/Senate but still not succeeding on our ends. But, Yes we must wait even longer than we had hoped and we will because we have no other choice. 🙏

Have you contacted your senator already? One of mine just replied stating they contacted USCIS....hopefully that works because suing will be a pain.
