Thank you!

I am sorry to hear you are still waiting.

It is strange that you haven't even received an RFE, do you know of anything that was missing from your submission?

Yes, we did do a service request with USCIS but that didn't really help. We did not contact a Senator although I have heard that that can help somewhat so may be worth a try.

Have you literally heard nothing at all or have they said they are doing security checks or something? If you have heard nothing I would say it is definitely worth calling and speaking to a tier two to establish that your file has not been lost, at least.

@ALGS  I have literally heard nothing - no answer at all.

Contacted Senator + Congressman - they received a response to wait for 45 days.

My fiance has called USCIS n spoken to Tier 2 officers many times - they say have patience your case is with an officer and you ill have to wait. USCIS took another service request on Sep 5th - No response till today.

I keep receiving these update emails from USCIS that "We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time"

I have got 2 such emails but no response.

Don't know What else to do other than sue them !!!

Thanks for your concern so much !!

According to me no red flags. My Fiance is a US born citizen  - I am from India , no criminal history on any side whatsoever no wrong doing.

According to me ours is a very simple case, I didn't miss anything - added tons of evidence, proofs, receipts, photos n passport stamps n air tickets. We met twice in one month before sending the form. Sent letters from relatives n friends supporting our relationship and whatever I could think of.

I had arranged the whole petition so meticulously no I am very very disheartened. People of my date are already approved, in USA n married. And , here I am still waiting for my approval.

So sorry to hear this.:cry:I feel you and my heart goes out to you in this time of your predicament. But i know my friend everything happens for a reason. Just because your approval is delayed doesn’t mean you won’t get it at all. “Aastha ya vishavaas hona” and hold on to it. One day you’ll be surprised your approval is already in your mailbox.

Please keep us posted. You are always welcome to January thread, your second home here on VisaJourney..❤️❤️❤️

Hi guys.. just got off the phone with USCIS, got the same response just wait - your case is pending a decision. (pending adjudication) Same response I got via email when I put in an online inquiry July20th. I am so bummed. I was wondering if I should put in a second online inquiry?🤧 Will that confuse them even more, 2 inquiries in total?

December 13th

275 days.

I’m guessing they have u the 15 to 60 day response on first inquiry. If so. I’d pit in another request. Have u contacted congressmen or senator yet?

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Funny thing is my response to my inquiry did not even mention a “time frame”. Just pending adjudication. I am in the works of contacting sentator, as one member on here previously suggested. I am hoping any sort of response is just around the corner since technically speaking it will be almost 60 days from my first inquiry even though “days” were not mentioned in my inquiry statement.

I have a question for those who are still waiting for any response. Do you guys think the new immigration law could affect us who are still in process. Can USCIS simply deny some old cases without any explanation just simply because they now can? I am still waiting like many of us here. I cannot call USCIS anymore because they have no answer and 80% of the times they are rude and unprofessional.

Hi , I am sorry you are still waiting. I read in one of your posts you were thinking to sue them. I was just curious if you know any details about how this process could go. You need a lawyer for that ?

If u haven’t reached ur 60 days from first inquire then I’d wait till then. If nothing transpired by then. Seek other options.

They won’t deny anyone just cus they (woke up on wrong side of the bed). There doing there jobs. Even tho we as people waiting are tired of the wait. There’s only so much we can do. If ur not outside normal processing time then all u can do is wait. Once outside normal processing time use the tools we have to attempt to get a answer.
