Yes I do so. 100% without a doubt.  The courts will hold them accountable.  A gentleman who waited nearly 450 days for a response for an I129F filed suit against USCIS and heard back from them `30 days after filing suit as they must respond to that lawsuit in 60 days.  There is not one other agency who can hold them accountable and guarantee a response back.  A normal response is we will get back to you in 45, 60 or 90 days or whatever and if we dont, you can contact our office again and we will give you the same response. Its a never ending cycle.

OMG we have just got approved!    NOA1: 08 dec 2017 (old site) and 14dec 2017 new site  RFE received: 14 June 2018 RFE response: 25 June 2018 RFE response received by USCIS: 2

@Mary Oberte : Well at least you got an RFE so yoya know your case has been touched , I don’t even know that as I have zero communication from USCIS. All the best to you anyways, I am sure you will hear soon on your RFE.

Hello everyone,

 

We got approved! Just for reference our RFE was due to a single question we missed. We completed the RFE and mailed it back the same day, still took around 4 weeks to get an approval. But nevertheless.. 

 

NOA 1: Dec 26,2017

RFE: Jul 30, 2018

NOA2: Aug 29, 2018

 

Hope everyone else gets approved soon.

Not sure if there is even anyone left in this group to see this but if there is just hold on, it is coming!

Interview: 22 October 2018

Visa in Hand: 2 November 2018 

POE: 10 November 2018 - Baltimore

I had to wait up to 45 and nothing happened and now was told to wait another 45.

It is strange that you haven't even received an RFE, do you know of anything that was missing from your submission?

 

Yes, we did do a service request with USCIS but that didn't really help. We did not contact a Senator although I have heard that that can help somewhat so may be worth a try.

 

Have you literally heard nothing at all or have they said they are doing security checks or something? If you have heard nothing I would say it is definitely worth calling and speaking to a tier two to establish that your file has not been lost, at least.

It’s been about 4 days and ends 10/22 from my calculations. 

 

I have not contacted them.
