Did you try to call again? I was around the same timeframe as you are when i got approved.

I actually found out i got approved from the website when i logged in but when i called USCIS to ask something they told me my case is still pending and is showing as of only Dec 13 and no new updates and when i told her that i got noa2 in mail as well she was so surprised and told me she was sorry and is not able to see that update on there.

I know it sounds hopeless to you but trust me it will come soon but just keep checking your account and your incoming mail information.

Hoping to hear good news from you soon!

@Veer Pal  I have done everything but nothing. I check the website everyday once, even contacted the MA Senator n Congresswoman but they also received the same reply - WAIT for 45 DAYS.

Thanks so much for your support. I will have to wait only no  other option.

You answer the question with "Yes" because when you finish your medical and interview you will receive your "do not open" package. Inside the package and on top of the brown envelope will be a DS-3025 form. That is your evidence that your vaccinations conform to U.S. Law. That will be given to  you at your POE. Keep it safe as it will be needed for the AOS after marriage.

Will that form be in everyone's "do not open" package? And do they hand you that back after giving it to the officer when entering the US?

I'm having some trouble with my medical office and them not sending my vaccination records so if I don't have to deal with them anymore that would be great.

Thanks in advance

Yes the form is a requirement and it will be inside the plastic bag and part of the "do not open" package. The Immigration Officer will open your packet and hand you the DS-3025. Be sure you get it before departing the immigration area.

For those of you still waiting on an approval. Did you have any luck with the help of a congressman or the ombudsman or anything else?

We contacted our congresswoman and USCIS told her office that our case is pending review by an adjudicator, what ever that means, and for us to wait another 30-45 days. We also filed an online inquiry but we're probably going to get that same response back.

Is there anything to be done or can we only wait?
