Dec 7 too and still waiting!!!! 

 

I have called 3 times and talked to a tier 2 person twice and also submitted a request for more info due to being outside processing times. 

 

I think the USCIS is getting annoyed at me because they made a comment when I called saying that I need to read the email response that says I should follow up in 45 days. 

 

I am lucky that I get to see my fiancé in one month.. I hope we have some news by then...

I am dec 7 also, and everytime my f called he cant get clear answer,they are approving february already and some of my co fillers at group chat are already visa on hand while.me is left behind...

Hi @Veer Pal  Thanks for your wishes but luck is not on my side, If anyone asks me I will say my case is very simple ans I was very organized and submitted much more proof than required. But still my approval hasn't come. Day 239 here (8 months)

I have actually lost hope now, don;t think about it and don't even check the website often as whenever I open I see the same old thing.

I received the same this morning. It’s so weird. Considering when we submitted a request for why it was out of processing they said that I was not allowed to know that information as I am the beneficiary but then they email me this?. 

 

Also my email said “we last took action on your case on 9th august” but who knows what that action was? 

 

My finace called them last thursday (16th?) and the tier two he spoke to said “they will definitely be sending out a letter next week (this week)” soooo.... yet again... all of the information contradicts itself? 

 

I don’t even know where to start. I’ve given up any idea of this taking less that a year and I’m just constantly angry at the thought of it now.

We just got approved!  

I got an email at 6am 

 

noa1: 12/7

rfe: 6/27

rfe response received: 7/12

noa2: 8/22

 

i am so happyyy but still angry that it took so long to get an RFE response/that our lawyers made a mistake in the first place! 

 

What a long and horrible process .. anyone still waiting your time is coming!! 

 

I called so many times and did not once speak with a helpful person. I do think it helped light a fire under them though.

What mistake did your lawyer make? I'm just asking bc our lawyer also made a mistake and forgot to send in my fiancée's (petitioner) proof of citizenship.

Did you try to call again? I was around the same timeframe as you are when i got approved.

I actually found out i got approved from the website when i logged in but when i called USCIS to ask something they told me my case is still pending and is showing as of only Dec 13 and no new updates and when i told her that i got noa2 in mail as well she was so surprised and told me she was sorry and is not able to see that update on there.

I know it sounds hopeless to you but trust me it will come soon but just keep checking your account and your incoming mail information.
