Hahaha well fall would be a perfect time but I guess that wont happen anymore for me. I just dont imagine myself going to court house with heels and pretty dress walking in the ohio snow 😂😂😂

I have a question!!!  Just reading again the rfe does anyone know why i have to send it back to Laguna Niguel Ca??? The letter send it back here. Are all rfe’s sent back here?? Haha im freaking out! Anyone knows that can answer this please??

Yes.they included an envelope(with an address) together with the rfe paper. I guess its a pink or red printed envelope. Use that one to put your rfe response coz it has a barcode.

Well guys we got an rfe which stated that it was mailed on the 29th of august I'm not sure when my baby will receive it in the mail bcuz she is all the way in florida. Well i would have preferred an approval but anything will do right now. 😂😂😂 . it's an hell of a  journey so i do hope we all cherish our relationships. And congratulations to all who saw some movements on their petitions and hang on in there those still waiting.

We are still waiting too, 01/10 (old site), 01/12 (new site). Made an inquiry, they said case is being adjudicated and nothing more, fiancé gonna write letter to Senator (tomorrow or on Monday).

Why did I think you were approved 😳 I actually feel awful now. Where are you up to with inquiries and info (or lack of?) 

We will get through this and I certainly hope we will all stick through this to very, very end. Thanks for your encouragement. I try to be positive- it’s all we can do sometimes, and just a secret, I already had my cry today 😬😂 we’ll get through this. We will see the end.

Did you only send pictures for proof of meeting? If so, that could be the issue.

Congratulations on receiving rfe. Pretty easy fix for u.

 

send what is requested only. Make sure to add dates to photos. Letter of intent can be short and sweet. They just wanna make sure u r aware that u must marry within 90 days of entering 🇺🇸. Sign paperwork.
