Not good lol. Have you filed an inquiry or have you been calling them?

We filed an inquiry on the 15th. They mailed us the response instead of emailing it lol hopefully we'll know that the response was early next week.

Hopefully this long weekend will recharge USCISs energy so they can get around to us that were left behind.

Yeah, my Fiance already called last aug 20 and filed an inquiry. Im surprise they told him that we should hear something by sept 4.

Lets hope that they're able to give you meaningful information and not that you're case is being adjudicated or undergoing background checks and that you'll hear something in 30-60 days.

I hope! I have all of my windows open so I can hear the mail man! He usually comes around 3pm. My RFE was dated 1 day after yours so I want it to arrive today! :)

Keep us posted as soon as you get it..

My fiancé received the RFE in the mail today.

It basically wants us to prove that PlentyofFish.com is not an IMB.

Has anyone else had to deal with the IMB issue?  I’m not too concerned, but a little surprised that this is what it was about.

Glad we finally can get this cleared up and move forward!!

This is the RFE that we are expecting to have. But it turned out differently.... Have you tried contacting the admin of POF?

Thank you! Yes will do it. I know finally some light, I was feeling lost. I hope everything goes smooth feom now on, this last 2 months been kind of frustrating. They say dont make plans but honestly the way Im looking is I wont leave to Ohio until the end of year or beginning and I didnt want a wedding in the middle of winter there. But well anything to finish with this and start my life with the man I love. 😁

I was hoping I'd be there by Christmas at this stage. But maybe it will be later 😒 And I was hoping to avoid getting married in Summer LOL.

So out of the more active members: @I.Kat, @JayHouser, @Snuffles and myself are the only ones who have not heard anything from USCIS yet? Be it even an upcoming RFE lol.

Yep... I think so. A few others who have popped their heads in (come baaaack and join us). I'm guessing @I.Kat no news?

Those who have submitted inquiries, did the website update at all? Or did you just receive a letter/email response to the inquiry?

Mine called last Friday and filed an inquiry. And told him that he would get something in the mail in 15 days which is incredibly fast. I was surprised, too.

Guys I checked our petition status and it says they mailed request for additional evidence on August 30 does that mean they actually sent it? How long did you wait to receive it in the mail?  I tried to let them fax it but they refused.

Expect for it to arrive on Sept. 4-5. Or later next week.

Ok thanks .

No. At this point nothing to provide yet any proof for your beneficiary being single. But if she has been previously married then she needs to provide termination of marriage documents. Same thing in the part of petitioner if he/she has been previously married.

Old site update with my inquiry from yesterday but nothing on the new site. I think USCIS is having computer issues.
