So I checked both websites when I got home from work, and:

No update on the new site.  I hope they have actually mailed something and not just requested an RFE...I guess we'll find out soon enough.

You might be getting your rfe letter most likely on Sept. 4th or the nearnest is on Saturday. Woho!!!!!!

Well We received today the letter for rfe!!! It says we missed sending page 2 of the form. Who knows I am sure we send it. I check that package like 20 times before sending it. And thats all they want. I was afraid it had to do something with my divorce or something with my kids because they are usa citizens from last marriage. Or something with custody even though I have full custody of them. But I hope after this we can move forward!

Send back ASAP and make sure u have given everything the adjuster has asked for. Sign rfe. Send next day certified air. Hopefully with in 14 to 60 days once received u will hear a response. Some have heard even sooner then 14 days..

the end is near.. the light is getting brighter..... and it’s not a train 😂😂😂😂

Just only a 1 page form. They sent back the original page missing for an answer. Do we need to send back proof of him being single? What evidences we need to provide being single? And there’s a name of an officer who adjudicate it. Do we need to address to her our response letter? Thanks guys.

Carefully read the RFE. Do ONLY what it ask. If it ask for you to "tick" an answer to a question, then tick your answer and send it back. If it ask for a document then provide the document. If it doesn't ask for a document DON"T provide anything that is not asked for!! Follow the instruction on how to return it.

Please don't do more then do will do.

Hello during this process what other steps do I need to take as the petitioner?   Is there any government forms or documents that I need to submit and can you please direct the best place to access information of this next step.

thanks in advance

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

PS once you complete that step I'll know what Embassy you are processing through as most of our answers depends on the Embassy.

Yes that’s what we did. We put N/A on the question encircled(Name of Spouse) and tick NO box and signed and dated it. We also made a cover letter(signed and dated) explaining the needed information. Thanks greenbaum and everyone. 🙏

Agree. I have read some of the November filers waited for more than 280days to get their approval. Oh my God!! That’s too much of pain of waiting.😢😢😢
