Am I crazy or does it seem like USCIS was off for 2 weeks and then came back to rain on us all with RFE's on the same day? I am not complaining beause at least its "something" but still, it seems weird that I have not seen many approvals over the past few weeks.

Well..... tbh Monday is a holiday and they r probably pushing cases out as fast as they can. Next week maybe kinda slow as people take time off of work.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

As long as they are "pushing things out" I will not complain! :)

But atleast still close to processing time.

By vj time line it was 14 days late. I'm not complaining at all. Sooner then I had thought I'd hear anything.

@Adam Zollinger I was thinking the same thing!!

I was also thinking that we are a “special” group because we are the first K-1 applicants of 2018.  We all filed in January, and now in late August, we are finally getting answers.

We are the pioneers of this newer, longer, more scrutinizing process 😎

These RFE’s might just be the new thing....

We are gonna be so tough! 💪

Gotta set good examples for 2019 😂

Update on our RFE(Read to me by my mother inlaw)

Jason forgot to tick “Question 37: asking if he is married or no”.

I am so happy it’s just only an easy one to fix. We’ll send the response tomorrow right away.

Woe, Im thinking we are going to have the same issue, on Monday fiance called and tier 1 told we are getting a rfe, actually in the old site it says that our request was responded, but new website says the case is received and no update. He will call on monday or tuesday if we dont received any mail this weekend. Its so frustrating evry step of this for us that have wAited long time and nobody knows nothing when u call, but Hopefully you received yours this weekend and keep going on!
