Day 221 old site and I checked the new website this morning and still the same old "We received your case blah blah blah it's probably sitting at the bottom of a forgotten box collecting dust blah bla

I guess USCIS now has a new set of rule of processing time.

 

Widow/Widower: 3-5months

 

Divorcé/Divorcée: 5-7months

 

Single: 8-12months

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date. 

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

I'd love to believe that. But, there's other complications to go along with it. So, I'll sit here and have as much fun as I can as all of February and earlier months get there approvals.

Thank u for ur positive attitude as u are still waiting urself. This is what vj members need. 

Fiance will be visiting in 10 days. That should help a bit also.. 

i see ur Detroit area. What city u be moving to when all said and done? If u don't mind.

Jason is from Jackson City.  Are you living near Detroit? 

I'm actually closer to Jackson then Detroit. Probably 45 min north east of Jackson. In Howell. 

If u take the road that runs north right by Jackson prison u will end up at my house. 😜😜😜
