No NO2 yet (day 211) but I am going to be visiting my fiance in 2 days so I am excited. In preparation for his inevitable interview, I am going to bring him a copy of:

*I-129F packet

*Updated Letters of Intent to Marry

*Additional Proof of Relationship (since January)

*I-134 Affidavit of Support

My question is about the support documents - I own a small business. I have my 2017 tax returns and I can get statements for my bank accounts, but is anyone else a small business owner? Can you give me guidance on what else I should include? I used the step by step guide but many of those thing don't apply.

Thanks!

*I-129F packet This is not needed for the interview.

*Updated Letters of Intent to Marry This is not needed for the interview

*Additional Proof of Relationship (since January) Don't have to over do it. They are looking for visitation receipts from travel, hotel etc. and about 12 pictures of the two of you together. I recommend that at least 2 would be you and her with the family. Also, of the two of you throughout the city. Try and have monuments in the pictures. Also, if you go to the interview then most of that stuff is not need because just your presence will go along way.

*I-134 Affidavit of Support

Once you get in touch with your Embassy and the send you the P3 letter with all the requirements if would be so kind and share a copy with me then I can use it to help others in the future. Thanks.

Hi guys long time lurker here just received my rfe today. I had forgot to put the intent to marry when sending and as far as I can tell I have 1 letter attached that says I need evidence that we’re planning on marrying. I’m just wondering if I should add additional evidence as well. I visited him in May and I’m visiting again in October so I have plane tickets passport stamps as well as a bunch of pics of my trip. Should I just send the intent to marry or more?

I have a funny thing to share. Yes most likely they haven’t sent the letter yet. They only told us they sent but the truth is they haven’t sent anything yet at all.

This morning Jason called the tier 2 again and spoke to him what’s our RFE all about. And the tier 2 just said, they need more evidence from us but they might still change their mind and just approve us.

It is so funny, like which is which? Meaning they haven’t given us the final adjudication yet. So confusing..😳😳😳

very confusing my status hasn't changed on the new site either it still say case received....hmmmmm

Just send only what the USCIS is asking from you. If they only need the Letter of Intent,  then just send only that one. And... don’t forget to sign your rfe letter upon sending back to them..😊
