Just be prepared for everything that they need. Atleast whatever it is, you already have it and waiting to be sent back to them.

My friend dont worry too much, we have seen RFE resolved in days after you send back the needed changes. Delay doesnt mean denial. you are blessed, there are still many who havent heard anything yet. there is a silver lining in your case.

I have seen some, as we are discussing now, who have gotten RFE's for not having one but some stated they didn't send one in because it is listed already in the 128f and he though they didn't need one hence he didn't send one and he sailed through to the visa receipt. No one can say for sure.

There is one more option:

@Clecuona  No need to call USCIS as the explicitly outlined in their letter what they need. The letter of intent can be written as one letter with both of you stating that you intend to marry (see the example) within 90 days of POE entry or you each can write your own letters and sign them. I have included an example here https://www.k1approved.com/k1-fiance-visa-guide/statement-of-intent-to-marry/ for the two individual letters.

 

When you write a single letter it should be the same statement with your name and the same statement with his name. Here is that example.

THAT my friend is a good letter....lol....yes my original just stated that I intended to marry him and the RFE was because there was no intent from HIM even though he signed it. So now I know..... a minute too late hahaha but Im hoping that your letter will help many more people in the future. Thank you for your attention, like always so helpful!

You finally heard something Lucy! How exciting....my fiance and I met online too and noone asked about it.... My RFE and phone call to Tier2 was on Aug 9 and lookie lookie Aug 9 it says on the paper. If I wouldn't have called it would still be sitting at that computer like the Tier2 told me he didn't know why nothing had been sent out. It's ok.... those of us still waiting...everything has it's time and purpose, believe in that. Lucy you will get your RFE in no time, I got mine today.

Si ya casi casi... I was upset too last week when I heard about the RFE  and I was double guessing everything. we all try our best but we have eachother here and we will help eachother out!

Dont be sad. I was sad last week when they told me too but that means that's all that's missing from your paperwork! and after that your in the clear! that's exciting!! my RFE was Aug 9, received Aug 13.

Yes mostly good news! I know rfe isn’t ideal but at least they’ve worked on your case. Hopefully you get the letter soon!!! ❤️

Oh, maybe there's hope for us after all lol I said that because we did send only one letter with both our signatures but.... We used "we" and "our" in the letter in all parts. Then I signed it, mail it to her and she signed it.

 

At this point I don't mind an RFE (just hope it's something silly). I just hope they don't ask me for anything or else I'm gonna have to mail it over which will take about a week.
