The will send and receive as a trial but then you have to pay. But the little you would use it for it will be free on the trial. I use it from time to time and it has always worked for me.

You have more than one Senator and you have a House of Representative. And the ombudsmen's work in your behalf also. And you can have a INFOPASS meeting with USCIS near or in your city.

 

First try shooting off an email to the Ombudsman at cisombudsman@HQ.DHS.GOV The Ombudsman provides an impartial and independent perspective to USCIS in an attempt to resolve problems.

 

Second try your U.S. representative's contact information can be found in this handy directory, and your U.S. senator's information is in this one.

 

If you receive a response and it contains anyone of these sentences this will be the meaning of that phrase.

 

If the CSC response is due to a congressional case worker inquiry, the service center will say "security checks"

 

If the CSC response is from a regular service inquiry from their website, the service center will say "adjudication"

Schedule a INFORPASS meeting here: https://my.uscis.gov/appointment While you are on the page scroll to the bottom and there are a number of other ways have getting information on your case.

Yea it is from September 5th. I did 2 service requests, one in April and the other one as recent as July  both came back that they were still waiting for security clearance. I must’ve called at least 5 different times and in July I requested to talk to tier 2. He said to continue waiting I was suppose to get an answer on the case which I’m still waiting for. I did contact my senator but no luck as of yet. I recently received this email stating that my case was still being reviewed and they last took action on the case on July 21st but still no updates. What's the chances of getting a response if i contact the Obudsman?

ok.....you can probably get a good estimate as to how far they are scheduling out if you go to the Naija portal here on VJ and see what dates are posted as to upcoming interviews.....good luck to you

My case is officially out of processing timeline. Jan 10th on old and 12th on new site. No update no RFE nothing. It’s so frustrating and I’m trying not to let it get to me. I’ll be submitting a case enquiry online and also call uscis today. Anyone in the same situation?
