Congratulations! We sent out our RFE on July 31st too, but no updates yet. This whole waiting part is just so frustrating! 😑

My bestie @LuFlolady praying that you get approved early next week, so we can work on the next steps together and that your case would make the 08/21 mail out by the NVC. maybe you wont have to travel in September if your fiance can make it here  by end of September.

IMO, why don't all the people who have gotten RFEs post it on here as they get it so we can know more or less what's the dates of the RFEs that  are going out and what they're actually asking in them. I think that would help others who are waiting 😐

Visa journey maintains an RFE master list.  Not sure how up to date it is, but most of the discrepancies are repeated over and over

Hello everyone

First I want to congratulate all the approvals of this week and to the ones like me still waiting many prayers. Ours will come soon.🙏🏻

So..Here is is my story.

NOA1 new website Jan 19th

I checked the website on Sunday 5th and found out we got a RFE dated Aug 3rd. On Monday my fiancé called USCIS to get more info since he called around July 18th to notify my change of address  and the girl on the phone said our petition was good still during processing time but she assured nothing was wrong so it was a big shock when we saw the RFE update.

Last night my fiancé got the RFE notice and seems like we missed question 55 second part about IMB.

This is what our notice says if someone is interested.

F9BB7BED-09B6-4962-82D6-11D89C2C9C20.thumb.jpeg.f5c85bad3748ab4c8a02c508926c0bad.jpeg(What do they mean by Include duplicate copies if you are requesting consular notification)???. 🤔

9A1C9F00-1510-4ADF-8274-AE4494367562.thumb.jpeg.a6cfc5b4baa669b35fa0f33767c61655.jpegSo I guess we need to mark NO in the notice and that’s it? then send it back in the envelope attached. Also once I read that someone was denied bc it didn’t sign the RFE ours doesn’t mention anything about a signature and there’s no place for it in any of the pages should we call on Monday and make sure of this or should we send it today just with an X next to NO.

Our notice is 2 pages + envelope and they attached a notification of my change of address. Are we supposed to return that too? 🤔

Last we were thinking if would be a good idea to sent with this RFE my fiancé last visit ( In March) flight itinerary but we are worried that since they didn’t request for it, it makes more harm than help or should we just wait til the interview.

Any thoughts about it?

Sorry for the long post..I appreciate your help

Not very well updated because seems like practically no one bothers to fill that out.

But I am also saying that it would be nice if the January filers who are getting RFEs to inform us when they get one so we can know or less when the RFEs are coming out, but that's just my opinion lol
