As we say, some news is better than no news. 

you should receive the RFE by next week or you know you can ask them to fax it and create the fax email that @GP1977 mentioned before.

Yes thank you for that reminder!!! This is why I was trying to speak to tier 2. Because the tier 1 had no clue on fax or anything....we shall see

I hope they are nice and very fast to get into an interview! I keep telling myself that maybe this part of the process is really really slow, but the second part will be really fast if the Embassy is responsive. I don't know, but I really hope something happens soon. If not... I will keep waiting, LOL.

Guess what?  I just got off the phone with Tier II, the officer told me that background investigation came back resolved on August 9th,  so hopefully I will have resolution soon on my petition!!!
