That's the new site.

https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ NEW SITE

https://www.house.gov/representatives US Congressmen

https://www.senate.gov/general/contact_information/senators_cfm.cfm US Senators

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Oh, that I didn't know. I'll make sure take an original and a copy of everything for the interview then.

But do you believe that I can also reply to the RFE (if I get one, but most certainly I will) with a photocopy or would they require the original? The instructions of form I-129F say that it can be a photocopy, but idk if things change when it's an RFE.

But thanks for the info about the interview :)

Like a said wait for the RFE and read it carefully and respond accordingly.

Why people keep on saying old and new website (I assume it used to be an old website and now there's a new one)? Does it make any difference? if so what is the difference? Thanks.

Skip the old website it's not that accurate anymore. Besides I never could understand everyones love affair with using an old website that is being phased out. No one has been able to explain it.

!!!!!!!! Just got on the new website on the first time and we were approved yesterday on the 9th!!!!!

Why didn't they ever email me about the new website?!?

I would have had way less stress.

Why are you here? So you know what the collective information is being shared by others which allows you to know the latest. We don't know if they (USCIS) has advised us to new procedures as it has not been found or shared. I share things here all the time because, people don't take the time to research. So, like you they come here and ask. I'm not singling you out but making general views known to the collective group here. If people would ask their questions on Google where there is a wealth of information.

Hello friends, happy to see more and more approvals! Congrats to everyone.

whoever is dealing with approved NOA2...so I read I’m supposed to call NVC after 10-14 days of NOA to get my case number. We did it today....we told them our WAC number and they said they have nothing on us and it takes about 6 weeks to assign it. Which I know isn’t true. AM I doing something wrong? What should I specifically ask at NVC and am I supposed to tell them our WAC number?

pleae help 🙏🏻

@Lucy&Jason I like for real was in shock when they told me they sent out an RFE. Going back thru my application now just to see, but of course will wait for the RFE in the mail. I pray it will result in a quick fix and then approval.

THANK YOU for your well wishes and prayers continue for you and our other VJ family here❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
