Say u forgot to ask tier to something when u were speaking with them earlier. 

Or tell them u got disconnected while speaking with tier 2.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date. 

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Those are good options. Or you can tell me what happened with my fiancee on Monday, the line went dead as soon as she chose the option to talk to an agent, so you could say that they gave you a callback but that the line went dead.

I received a call back last night from a tier 2 who literally could not tell me anything and didn’t even realize that I had my address change on July 16....I am sooooooo over all of this like for real😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 

 

Tier 1 told me yesterday to go by my noa1 1/25/18 not 1/30/18 when wanting to make inquiry when I asked tier 2, she said go by 1/30....what the 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

So I just got off the phone with USCIS and they told me they haven't made it to my case yet that they are only processing 1/11/2018 right and I am 1/31/2018.  They told me to call back in another month if I haven't been approved yet! I'm just confused since lots of people after 1/11/2018 have already been approved even some in Feb. 2018 have been. I'm not sure what to do now except to just keep waiting and hope for the best  :(

That’s their standard answer,  truth is you should be approved any day

Yeah I hope so.  I just feel like I'm getting left behind seeing all these approvals on the say day as mine or later.  I just want some good news to tell my fiancee'.  I hate having to tell her everyday we have yet to be approved and to see the disappointment on her face.  I guess all we can do is continue to pray and hope for the best.

that agent gave you the standard line, call again, maybe you will get someone better and more willing to help.
