IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date. 

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Sure enough...case approved.  I can't believe they don't inform you of this!  Even on my NOA2 they say to check case status at egov.uscis.gov/casestatus.

 

Anyways...thanks for letting me know.  I've been living under a rock all this time.

Wow. We were approved and I am so happy.

 

now, the todo list looks quite long but at least the wait is over.

Just got email saying we got approved!!!!!!! 205 days.

Old site Jan 16 new site Jan 19th. Now I have to wait for letter with further instructions?

Wow!  Congrats!!!  Yes they should send you a letter in the mail now, but you can call the NVC in about 1-2 weeks for your case #.

We filled an enquiry 2 days before. Is it the offical reply.

On the website there is an option under settings where you can receive updates every couple weeks even if there is no new info. I got this email in the past as well.

Hi there!  Congratulations on your approval!  We also got an RFE,  same dates as yours (receive and sent) ..but we haven't receive our NOA2 yet :(
