I'm also same boat interview was October ask me to submit PCC November from the date waiting

My case immigrant update last 8 Jan 19

But nonimmigrant still say no status

Finger cross waiting

I hope you hear good news soon. That’s a really long time to wait.

Mine also says “no status” on nonimmigrant, but I don’t know what that actually means. Will it change right before visa is issued?

I hope this helps.  Our case was updated 2x in 1 week on the 3x the creation date update as well.  The 4th update stated issued.  Good news soon.

That’s very encouraging to hear - thank you!

Yes. It will change to "issued" when your visa is complete. Maybe a week to 10 days to your place. Your mileage may vary.

I really love this group and always come back to check if we have any updates. We might start on the same month, but the process for each individual can be so different. Someone might have gotten NOA2 first, but is still waiting to get their visa, while those who got approved later have already been in the US, got their SSN and got married and now is getting ready to file for AOS. For those of you who are still waiting to be reunited with your loved one, I wish you speedy journey and for those of you who are already in the US, I wish you happy and blissful marriage ❤️

Because they are working on your visa and you are nearing an "issue" status. Patience. Everything is on track.

Hello all! I'm new here and dealing with anything legal so I'm probably going to have a lot of questions along the way.

USCIS received my I-129F form on 31 December 2019 and I received NOA1 on 7 January 2019 so I'm hoping for the best.

There is one question that I would like to ask because I'm not sure when I'll be asked this information. I'm aware that I will need to fill out an Affidavit of Support at some point in the process. Does anyone know when this is required and what I would need to submit?

Welcome on this Thread...You’ll be needing the Affidavit of Support during the Beneficiary’s Consular Interview. Make sure you meet the poverty guideline but if not, get a co-sponsor instead. Goodluck on your journey.

Since you just filed I would recommend that you join the January 2019 group as the 2018 group you are in are starting to wind down and so not much in the way of new information. You can stay here but I think you will benefit more here

You'll need the AOS I-134 at the interview. Here is where you'll find the details. https://www.uscis.gov/i-134.  Also, can you do a little housekeeping and start your timeline. In your profile on the left column just select the word "timeline" and it will take you to the instruction page. Thanks and welcome home.

I didn't realize that I was responding to the 2018 group. Sorry! I'll join the January 2019 forum and work on my timeline shortly.

My fiance and I are triple checking everything as we head towards the interview in 3 weeks..... We noticed that since we have applied the g325A document has been updated to expire in October of this year. We have the form before they updated the form. Will this be an issue with an expired form?
