Nah!!! They always say the standard answer of 8weeks to get a case number. One good thing only is that they already received our paper and we are now only waiting to encode it in the system. When are you coming back to the US? For how long you will be staying there?

I'm going to try and ring them next Monday and I will be back in US Nov 16th

Yesssss! Def enjoying myself we are hoping to get an interview date at the end of Nov. So hopefully he will be coming home a few weeks after I return

It’s day 47 after RFE response was received and I’ve been worried that my case is yet to be approved. I’ve called USCIS several times and I’ve sent a case inquiry through a tier 1 agent. I check both old and new websites almost on a daily basis with no update whatsoever. I check my mails everyday wondering if probably the website is not up to date on approved cases. I was suprised when I got an email from NVC that my case has been received and a case number has been assigned! 😃. I’m excited and puzzled at the same time. Now I’ll have to deal with uscis about getting my noa2.  Good luck to everyone yet to be approved.

Seems u one of the the very few who gets to skip the whole nvc part of this process.

I’m back. 285 days in my process.

NOA1 - January 5th

 

No rfe yet, i already tried inquiry, congressman, call like crazy and nothing happens.

It good to see that a lot of you guys already received an answer comparing to a few months ago

Looks like you have an approval. BTW the link in the email is wrong. You need to change the Kl to a K1 (that's K-ONE not L).

Hello all of my Janubies!!!! I continue to keep everyone in my thoughts and prayers! I wanted to give an update that my honey is officially in the US and God willing in a few short hours we will be together! 

 

Everyone keep your your heads up and positive attitudes, the process is definitely a trial, but true love conquers all!!!

Don’t stop making an inquiry and contacting your congressman..
