Hi everyone! 

for statistic:

-129F Sent :	2018-01-23
I-129F NOA1 :	2018-01-31
I-129F RFE(s) :	2018-08-06
RFE Reply(s) :	2018-08-29
I-129F NOA2 :	2018-09-17

 

We were approved on September 17th, but got a paper NOA2 on September 21th. On the same date our status in USCIS account changed to "Case was approved". 

Soooooo happpyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!

Depends on what adjuster is assigned to ur case. Day 20 myself and plenty of others waiting nearly as many days nad if not even more days then us.

This is a generic email stating. Wait. You can use other tools available to you in a attempt to speed the process up.

U can contact ombudsman or contact senator or congressmen. It has been stated that u can only contact the senator or congressmen. But not both.

They haven’t assigned yet your case to any adjudicating officer. Perhaps they weren’t done yet with your criminal background checks. No way to speed up the process unless emergency expedites(health, financial loss, etc.) Other useful tools that they mentioned pertains to Ombudsman Inquiry, an info pass or/and seek any help from your congressman or Senator.

Yeaaaaa well guys my baby called me at 5pm and told me that she received a notification that we were approved and after checking the case tracker apps i saw the confirmation. Thank you guys for the the support and i wish all who is still waiting will get their approvals by now and next week. I certainly never expected to get approved so quickly. But hang in their my fellow janubies. On to the next leg of the relay i go.💞💞

Here's a snapshot of our timeline:

 

Aug 24 - RFE was mailed

Aug 30-hardcopy rcvd. LOI and the 2 yr requirement

Sept 6- RFE response

Sept 12 - RFE received

Sept 20 - case approved

 

WE haven't received the NOA2 hardcopy yet.
