Hello everyone. I filed an online inquiry last Monday (Sep 17th). Then I called a few days later because the inquiry said I wouldn't expect a reply until October 9th. On the phone I talked to a women but all she could tell me was that a decision still hasn't been made on my case, she was a tier 1 person.

Does anyone have any tips on how I can connect to a TIER 2 PERSON? I read that a lot of people get WAY more helpful and relieving information from tier 2 people since they can see more about the case. I filed January 25th and haven't heard a word, no RFE either.

If the tier 1 aint that too nice to transfer you to tier 2, i suggest call back again and ask tier 1 to connect you to tier 2 if they’ll ask you why just say you have an important question that only tier 2 can answer.

There are really first persons in the USCIS that’s inconsiderate trying to suppress your call. Don’t stop til you’ll be able to get ahold of tier 2.

Count your blessings. Their is a Canadian couple who just rejoined (just now has their NOA2) after over 400 days, countless inquires to USCIS, Congressional Representatives and finally, filing a case in court against USCIS. And you know what was holding it up? One tick mark on his application. Simply not a big deal tick mark. Another case someone had to wait 3 years before approval. Everyday you and others here should count their blessings your not riding on that train. I know, you don't have to say, it is frustrating but it is what it is. IMHO the biggest downers is VJ and calling USCIS and NVC when neither need to be done as there are so many tools out their. You can't move the needle unless you take them to court and I am not sure you are ready or willing to go down that path. Just some observations I have made over the years.

If you knew, as you do, this would take about 220 days is it really prudent to call before those days have past? By now I hope you can see my opinion. I write this only to share with you and others. Thanks for listening. Now back to :clock:
