@Snuffles once u recieve email/text. It normally takes about 3 to 5 business days for it to show up. I'd suggest if u haven't heard anything by the end of today to give them a call back and state what info (lie) they told u the other day.

Get well soon my friend.. if you can, please refrain from visiting VisaJourney for awhile while you are recuperating. So that it won’t add up to your anxiety the pressures that you are getting from here... Prayers for you... 🙏🙏🙏

What I noticed when we were waiting on the RFE....is that is wasnt in the mail until the website or txt or email said so. We received an email first that said action has been taken on our case and the websites and old app updated shortly after that....so once we received those communications we received hard copy a few days later in the mail....

Okay, here are my two questions that have been answered a thousand times before.

1) Co-sponsor. We will be using Fiance's mum. Fiance doesn't earn enough. Do they BOTH fill out the I-134 and BOTH give their own evidence (bank letters, pay slips etc)? Does it matter that he still lives with his mum (but is NOT counted on her taxes)? I'm going to see if they can get this sorted soon and he brings the paperwork over with him in early November.

Your co-sponsor needs to meet the requirement for their own household size plus the foreign fiancé(e). They fill out their own separate I-134 and provide their supporting documentation: most recent tax transcript (or complete copy of return), and proof of current income such as letter from employer and/or recent pay stubs. Add in proof that the co-sponsor is a USC or LPR. Your fiancé(e) will hand your I-134 and supporting documents along with the co-sponsors at the interview when asked for them. The co-sponsor must provide every document required in the I-134 as it does for the applicant, not just "dads pay stubs". Follow the official instructions for the I-134 and you should then be prepared when asked for the financials. Keep in mind, that every Embassy is different and they do not have to except a co-sponsor.

2) Faxing RFE. I do remember a link being shared on receiving a fax without a fax machine? I was going to see if fiance can call and ask for RFE to be faxed while we wait for the hard-copy. My understanding is, that can be requested after they've officially mailed the letter, right?

Thanks guys.
