I am so sorry, it really sucks waiting. I am sending you good vibes and saying a prayer or 2 for you. You are close, I know it. It is a strange feeling waiting because your fate is in the hands of someone you cannot call or talk to, and when you do call, everyone has different info. The process is not great, but we are almost done!

CONGRATULATIONS! 🙂

FWIW, I received my approval on the "new" website, see above, two days after I received it on the phone app ("old" website).

To make sure, I called the automated system yesterday and typed in my WAC number and this also confirmed the approval.

So I guess the "new" website is now the "old" one? 🤔

Blessings to you guys, still pulling for @iwir and @I.Kat to get your approvals soon!🙏

@Duane & Haney are you still considering Germany for work?

Always, and good memory.

Right now my heart (and mind) is telling me to settle into a USA-job based first and take care of Haney's citizenship. Since she probably won't be able to work in Germany, it makes more sense to have kids there and have her work now.

It's a bummer to have to back off on "my plans", but sometimes our plans are not God's plans...

Thank you always, appreciate your constant encouragement and positive presence in this thread! :-)

Yeah, its strange. I received the text and then got approval on Website, but app still says the previous message. I cannot understand how they don't have the best tech in the world, but I don't care as long as we all get approved!! :)

we are feb 12 filers out of processing time it's been 7.5 month since we are waiting

do you mean if tier 2 told us that haven't set the adjudicator on our case yet we have to wait for 200 days more when they will finally set somebody to start to work on our case ?????

There are some issues here that none of can confirm or explain. To have your case not completed after 7.5 months is troublesome. There are a couple of things you should be doing and I will list them.

1. You email the ombudsman (cisombudsman.publicaffairs@hq.dhs.gov) and they will auto-reply with a link to a form to file a follow-up. The ombudsman is an independent contractor not affiliated with USCIS and when they make an inquiry on your behalf USCIS will respond.

2. Send a letter with all the details of your case to your U.S. representative's contact information can be found in this handy directory, and your U.S. senator's information is in this one.

3. You can sue USCIS to make a decision on your case if it has gone too long. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1a-FPirWXg2jSXHKXE_jocaOQuNMfib_4/view?usp=sharing
