Yes, we contacted the senators office, they said they will get back to us as soon as they get an answer. It was arond 21-22 August, when we filed the service request, too. Never heard from them again but we got the Uscis email on 30th August. So maybe it’s not a coincidence 😅 I hope this currently being adjudicated and will get an answer within 45 days isn’t just a bs but actually means we get something 

Hoping for the best on or before their 45days. Hopefully no RFE and it will just be a straight APPROVAL 🤞

Day 221 old site and I checked the new website this morning and still the same old "We received your case blah blah blah it's probably sitting at the bottom of a forgotten box collecting dust blah bla

yea that is the thing there is no target date for the approval after they receive our response but I think @VickeySis said she had an approval in 5 days after they received her response to the RFE she can correct me if I am wrong..... I believe we are close and I am going to see my MAN! ( had to toss that in there) lol

Jan 29th NOA1

Feb 2nd: Check Cashed

Feb 9th: rcvd hard copy of NOA1

Aug. 28th Notified of RFE being mailed

Sept. 1st received hard copy of RFE in the mail

Sept. 4th mailed response to RFE

Sept. 10th received txt that my response to RFE was received

Oct. 10th Received txt that we were approved (NOA2) 30days after RFE response

Oct. 13th received hard copy of NOA2

Oct. 31st case arrived at NVC

Nov 2nd received case number

Nov. 19th Case is "ready" to schedule an interview

Feb. 14th Interview (2019) APPROVED!!!!!!

 

AOS

July 24th: mailed AOS pkt

July 31st: received txt msg of receipt numbers for all documents

Aug 5th received NOA hard copies dated July 31st

Aug. 9th received Biometrics letter in the mail

Aug. 19th Biometrics appt.

Sept. 20th notified of RFE via website 

Sept. 25th Received hard copy of RFE (copy of BC)

Sept. 27th Sent response to RFE

Sept. 30th Response was delivered

Oct. 2nd... Response to evidence received updated on website

Feb 12, 2020 case is ready to schedule for interview

Feb 12, 2020 New card is being produced (EAD)
Feb 13, 2020 Notification that EAD  and AP was approved

Feb 18,2020 received hard copies of AP and EAD approval

Feb 18,2020 notification AOS interview scheduled and EAD mailed

Feb 20, 2020 received EAD card

Feb 24, 2020 received interview letter (March24th)

Aug 4, 2020 received notification of new interview date(rescheduled because of pandemic)

Sept. 14th new AOS interview
Oct. 30th AOS approval

Nov. 9th New card is being produced

None of us has any records, previous marriages, children.. nothing. We met in person the first time on vacation and we are flying to see each other every 5-6 weeks... I’ve just finished my masters and I’m working for GE😩😅.. seriously what else do they want????! Sorry they are on my last nerve 

Was feeling like you few months back almost cry one night then the next day I got RFE..... Its coming things moving slow but your day will come for sure in that moment you will be so happy you forget all about the long wait....

Finally back on track.... We got hit with two somewhat  difficult stuff in the RfE... But after all most 3 months we manage to reply they receive it last Wednesday so praying praying for no2 soon haha

As i read here on VJ they reply to RFEs faster than the 60 days they say, so don’t worry it will happen soon! :)

do you mind sharing what your rfe was about?

I hope.... My boo was married before he got divorce some years  ago he sent a divorce nisi uscis decide it wasn't enough.... Hes living in Florida got divorce in Massachusetts that was first problem... When he came to visit me here in Jamaica custom didn't stamp his passport properly so we had to contact immigration in Jamaica that turn out to be a headache, in the end we got a letter from the hotel stating that we stayed there I was surprise that they requested the stamp because we sent pictures plane and hotel confirmation  etc oohh and they also requested the information page of his passport

Hey guys today my fiancee got my letter of intent to marry delivered by dhl and she immediately sent it off to Uscis so i have now officially joined back the waiting game. 😩😩😩

USCIS accepts a scanned letter of intent.. how many days til she received thru dhl?

Oohh your from Jamaica too nice.... We both got RFE and responded..... But fill in your timeline...
