Well I don't think it will be a problem now. I checked the old site and saw that our general inquiry was resolved yesterday and that they mailed out a response to us and has been closed. Now that it's closed, I believe we won't have any issues or won't need to close the inquiry.

OMG, I hope we all hear something by the end of this week. I can only refresh the screen and call so many times. I am trying to stay busy but this is an all-consuming process and I cannot think about much of anything else.

REQUIRED SECURITY INFORMATION:

You are required to provide the following security information with each inquiry to receive a case specific response:

 

* NVC Case Number or USCIS Receipt Number (Place in the subject line of the e-mail).

* Petitioner's name and date of birth.

  ( NOTE: If the visa petition is employment-based, include the employer's company/organization name instead of the petitioner's name and date of birth. )

* Principal Applicant's name and date of birth.

@LuFlolady I just got released from hospital today thanks god for everything! I just received email from NVC Ain my way joke with my case number now trying to wrap my head around how to file the ds 160 and all that lol

Just stopping in to wish you all continued luck. I hope I can get my fiance here by mid to late october. My noa1 paper is sept 1 so i am going to call nvc friday

Update:

noa-1 25 jan 

 

website still says received, no updates or emails or anything

we filed a service request 21 August, received an answer on 30th saying we are currently being adjudicated and we should receive a notice within 45 days. It says it can be an approval, rfe, intent to denial or denial. 

Did anyone receive an email like this?
