Only 2 of the cases are actually February cases and they were expedited cases. The others are late January approvals. The issue there is there original noa1 is late January but, new site is 3 to 5 days later which puts them into early February.

also, uscis moves forward before finishing prior months dontonback ground checks and other issues.

All we we can do is wait for uscis to do there thing...

When uscis changed systems they added 3 to 5 days to everyone's hard copy noa2. Why they did this? Only the mice running around d will ever truely know.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Thank you for  quick response.. Appreciate it!

GP1977, could you also help me with  the phone number that you called?

18003755283

chose option 1, then hit 2 three times

what I do is call first thing in the morning when they open at 8am. Let them know you called last night and spoke with a rep who said that only a tier 2 can help you and you were advised to call first thing in the morning beacause In the evening

tier 2 wasn’t taking any more calls. They are more inclined to transfer you under those circumstances. It’s a little manipulative but it works to get a tier 2 on the line.

It's most likely do to on going back ground checks. Once u have reached day 210 u can contact uscis and ask about ur case. Ask to speak to a tier 2 representative

So here's my experience after making a few calls today:

1. Called and ignored all prompts - got transferred to the Spanish speaking queue and got someone (who initially spoke in Spanish) who was able to tell me that my case was approved yesterday (8/6) and that the approval notice was printed today. (Note that this occurred without the representative transferring me at all.)

2. Called and entered the English queue - got someone who told me my case was still in a "received" state and pending, and the "normal processing times" spiel.

3. Called and entered the English queue - got someone who was willing to transfer me to Tier 2. Spoke to Tier 2 and was provided the same info that the Spanish speaking representative gave me (approved 8/6, approval notice just printed).

By the way, at the time of this writing... both the old and new site still show the case as "received", not "approved."

Please let us know when the site updates for you. Congratulations...you put in hard work to get that information lol!
