So as most of you know I am headed to see my MAN! soon :) .... I want to hand deliver everything he will need for the interview including updated letters of intent. but I am at a lost as tot what date I should put on them should I take one for each month remaining in the year or each week remaining in the year? I want to make sure they are as updated as possible for his interview which we dont know when it will be although we are praying for October. Any suggestions?

Congrats, I see you live in MN, who did you contacted? I'm thinking of reaching out to Senator Amy. Thanks

My fiancé is from MN too, he contacted Senator Amy I think, it’s been a week, nothing, we are still waiting

Okay, please keep us posted if the senators office helps - thanks, and sorry for the long wait for approval, hopefully you will see movement soon, good luck!

NOA1: 01/08/2018

NOA2: 09/10/2018

No RFE. I think I would still be waiting if I had not asked my representative for help. One week after contacting her office it was pushed through and got approved today.

No email and only updated on old site.

Thanks for sharing, we didn’t checked the old site before, after your post we went there, and we are getting rfe

@JayHouser asked this a while back but I don't remember the response to it. Will a pending inquiry hold up your petition with uscis?

I asked this because my fiancee filed a general inquiry asked if uscis had received a supplemental packet of ours but we got approved last week like I posted on here.

Does anyone know if this pending inquiry will make USCIS hold my case until the inquiry has been answered?

I have seen it happen before where someone makes an inquiry with USCIS, petition gets all the way to the embassy and then it gets recalled back from the embassy to USCIS because they have an open inquiry on it.  Maybe you can call and ask them to cancel that inquiry?
