I hope that now I can be one of the first lol.

Thank you lol. I was starting to go crazy and even wonder if USCIS received our petition petition. Too much anxiety and little to do will do that to a person! I couldn't even believe it when the agent first told me.  I had to ask if she was site and if I had given her the right case number lol

09/18/2018 – DAY 241 – call automated USCIS 1-800 number, approval I-129F confirmed

09/19/2018 – DAY 242 – consult new USCIS website. Updated two days late, but approved!

09/21/2018 – DAY 245 – received hardcopy of NOA2 in the mail

10/01/2018 – DAY 255 – NVC received petition from USCIS and case number assigned

10/16/2018 – DAY 270 – NVC sends case file via DHL to Singapore embassy – CEAC status "In Transit"

10/19/2018 – DAY 273 – per DHL tracking case file received by Singapore embassy (Friday)

10/22/2018 – DAY 276 – status per CEAC website tracker now officially "READY" (Monday)

10/23/2018 – DAY 277 – packet 3 sent out by embassy via registered mail

10/25/2018 – DAY 279 – packet 3 delivered to incorrect address, SingPost mail redirect did not work!

10/29/2018 – DAY 283 – contacted embassy and received tracking information for packet 3

10/30/2018 – DAY 284 – retrieved packet 3 directly from SingPost, returned packet 3 via speedpost

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date. 

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Cheers 🥂  to that my friend. Yeah, USCIS received it last September 4th. And the same day 9pm EST i was notified in the case tracker. Have you received your notification in your RFE response? Hopefully we will get approved before we know it.:rolleyes:

I have not received notification that they received it yet i just sent mine out on the 4th i tracked it and they received it on yesterday so I am hoping to get an update that they received it sometime today...and I am hoping for approval before we know it as well... I hope it is a quick turn around....However I am a little bit at ease now that i have sent it and booked my flight.... I think i am more excited about the flight than receiving my approval....lol

Hahahaha.. try to check in the old site. Sometimes they do update the “RFE received” in there than the new site. May you get your approval before you head to visit him. Wouldn’t that be awesome bringing with you all his needed documents for the incoming interview and the very fresh news of approval? Woho!! Who knows? :innocent:

yea i have been checking the old site because it was updated when they sent out the RFE so I know they have been updating the site..... YAAAASSSS! that would be nice to go with the hard copy of the approval in my hand...I have everything else ready to hand deliver on the trip. However not getting my hopes up on the approval because I have no control over that but what I do have control over is my fllight is booked and I am going to SEE MY MAN!!!! can you feel my excitement? lol lol
