I have never heard of a unique number. I think, and you latched on to it also, they mean the A# (Alien number). But to be absolutely certain I'd have to see what context it was written as. The RFE is very important and you usually only get one shot at it so if the OP @Inna2404 can expand or post the RFE minus the personal information we could try and help.

Everyone who is immigrating is assigned their own A# not just naturalized citizens.

You can't always count on having your case updated on either old or new. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't and sometimes it takes weeks before it shows. Trust the process.

Intent to marry letter is easy peasy. The proof that you are preparing for a wedding seems strange and could be a trick request. Be careful of what you send back to them. I wouldn't send any pictures of any family gathering that looks like a wedding. I would only state "we have been talking about blah blah but we haven't been able to secure anything since we are unsure when we will receive the visa". And leave it at that. Be sure to sign your rfe and make copies of everything.

I'm encouraged that you are thinking through this RFE before sending it off. Remember, you only get one shot at an RFE so make sure you have dotted your I's and crossed your T's. Once again be careful with the arrested/charged with a crime topic.

our request for transfer to another embassy/consulate was granted. (This request was done when we were both confused/planning but then NVC acknowledged request) 

 

Interview will be now in the Philippines instead of UAE. So, can i set an appointment online and pay for it before coming to Ph? My objective is to set an appointment long and right enough to prepare And file resignation etc.

You can set your interview date from outside the Phil but you can't pay the fee. You can try and have a responsible adult pay it in the Phil then afterwards schedule your interview date. With USEM you do not have to hurry as they always have available dates most times only 2-3 weeks out. Here is some information for your reading to better understand what has to be done.

 

Once you receive your case number it's time to be in charge of what time you choose when things get done. To smooth that trail for you I have a few things that will help you process your visa there in the Philippines.

 

Start by visiting Hanks site where he has taken the time and research, and of course it helps if you spent 8 plus years helping folks in the Philippines sub-forum get their visas, where he has listed each step. With those steps he includes the what, when and why to completing the item. Many have used the website and have had little or NO problems securing a visa from USEM.

They must be pushing the narrative that they are now following what the USCIS website states what date they are processing which does you no good as by that interruption you will always be within processing time. Out of processing is 5 months. I wish I had that link to that information but I can't find it now.

My RFE referenced a Unique Number.  I figured it must be in reference to the WAC# or the A#, both of which are on the RFE notice, and it states that the original notice needs to be included when you return the RFE.  I understood it to be a reason for why you need to make sure to include the original RFE notice in your response--so they have something to identify which file to add it to.  Here's what mine says:

Oh thanks for the enlightenment. Just checked ours(RFE letter) and yes an A-number is indicated. Does this mean that this will be our identification number all throughout our immigration process?
